200 g of butter

200 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

2 tsp of vanilla extract

300 g of brown sugar

4 eggs

2 egg yolks

100 g of plain flour

2 tbsp of cocoa powder

RECIPE STEPS

Preheat your oven to 200 °C (th. 6/7). Put the butter cut into pieces and the squares of chocolate in the metal bowl then run the program.

  • 200 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

Fold in if necessary. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the cocoa powder) and run the program.

  • 100 g of plain flour
  • 300 g of brown sugar

If necessary, fold the mixture and restart the program.

Pour the mixture into the previously buttered and floured mold. Tap it several times on the work surface to eliminate air bubbles.

Bake for 20 minutes, until the top of the cake seems firm but still wobbly.

Let cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with cocoa. Serve warm.
