375 g of plain flour

1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)

130 ml of olive oil

125 g of plain yoghurt

3 eggs

250 g of caster sugar

3 tbsp of hazelnut chocolate spread (Nutella®)

1 egg white

170 g of icing sugar

1 tbsp of desiccated coconut

RECIPE STEPS

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Put all the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.
  • 1 sachet of baking powder (11 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 g of plain flour
  • 130 ml of olive oil
  • 125 g of plain yoghurt
  • 250 g of caster sugar

Butter a 20cm cake tin and pour the cake batter into it.

Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Turn the cake out onto a rack and cool.

When cold, cut the cake in two layers; generously spread one layer with the Nutella®. Cover with the other layer.

Pour the icing over the cake and sprinkle with the desiccated coconut.
