4 egg yolks

75 g caster sugar

2 tbsp of orange-flavoured liqueur, Cointreau®

2 oranges

2 grapefruit

Fit the whisk in the metal bowl.

Add the ingredients. Remove the cap from the lid and run the program.

Meanwhile, remove the segments from the grapefruits and oranges.

Arrange the citrus fruit segments in sundae glasses or small glass containers and pour the custard on top.
