3 chicken breasts

50 ml olive oil

2 garlic cloves

150 g onion

100 g red pepper/ capsicum

100 g green pepper

50 ml white wine

100 g Serrano ham

100 ml chicken stock cube

200 g tomato sauce

2 tsp sugar

100 g button mushroom

1 pinch nutmeg

1 tbsp cornflour

Tips

Cut the chicken breasts in two and brown them in a frying-pan, the inside will cook later.

RECIPE STEPS

Place the garlic, the onion quartered, the ham diced and the peppers cut into pieces into the metal bowl. Run the program.
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150 g onion
  • 100 g red pepper/ capsicum
  • 100 g green pepper
  • 100 g Serrano ham

Add the olive oil and run the program without the cap on.

Scrape the sides of the bowl with the silicone spatula and add the white wine. Rerun the program with the cap off to let the alcohol evaporate.

Add the tomato sauce, sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the lid on and run the program.

At the end of the program, add the chicken and the spoonful of cornflour (mixed with the same amount of cold water) and add the stock. Run the program.

Add the mushrooms. rerun the program.
