6 tsp tikka masala paste

6 chicken thighs

2 tbsp tomato purée

200 g whole peeled tomatoes in juice

100 g ground almonds

75 ml of crème fraîche

75 ml plain yoghurt

2 tbsp mango chutney

100 ml water

Place the roughly chopped onions and the oil in the metal bowl and run the program.

Add the tikka masala paste in the metal bowl and run the program.

Add the boneless chicken cut into pieces to the metal bowl, stir to coat the pieces and restart the program.

At the end of the cooking time, remove the tikka masala chicken from the bowl and set aside. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl to remove as much as possible.

Add the tinned tomatoes, tomato purée, 100 ml of water and the ground almonds into the metal bowl. Rerun the program until a smooth sauce is obtained.

Stir the chicken mixture back into the sauce and run the program.
