0.5 L coconut milk

500 g boneless chicken breasts

1 tsp Thai red curry paste (1 tbsp)

400 g bamboo shoots

0.5 bunch Thai basil

Tips

The bamboo shoots are canned. Depending on the thickness, cut the chicken breasts in 2 or 3 pieces, or increase the cooking time.

Pour the coconut milk and the curry paste into the metal bowl. Run the program.
