50 ml white wine

3 tbsp plain flour

1 pinch salt

1 pinch white pepper

150 ml chicken stock

20 g butter

1 tbsp sunflower oil

2 shallot(s)

250 g button mushrooms

600 g of chicken breasts

200 ml single cream

Chop the shallots in the metal bowl by running the program.

Add the butter and the sunflower oil. Run the program.

Pour the white wine and chicken stock onto the chopped shallots. Finely slice the mushrooms and add half of them to the bowl.
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 150 ml chicken stock
  • 125 g button mushrooms

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, place in steamer basket and fit it in the metal bowl. Run the program.

Remove steamer basket with chicken breasts.

Add the cream and remaining mushrooms to the bowl. Run the program to reduce the sauce.

Mix the flour with 3 tablespoons of water in a bowl.

Pour the flour mixture through opening into bowl. Run the program.

Serve the chicken breasts with the creamy mushroom sauce.

Magic Machine

The mushroom sauce in this recipe was simply delicious. I unfortunately used too much chicken which required extra cooking time. This meant that the chicken was a little dry and the pieces were too large. Will make this again making sure the chicken is cut into smaller portions. Served with mash and steamed peas and carrots. Next time with rice!
