1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

750 g cooked chestnuts

1.5 tbsp olive oil

1.5 tbsp vegetable oil

700 ml water

350 ml milk

1 onion

1 chicken stock cube

3 slices pancetta

6 tbsp single cream

Tips

You could replace the pancetta with bacon.

Quarter the onions and place them into the metal bowl. Run the program.

  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 750 g cooked chestnuts
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 700 ml water
  • 350 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken stock cube

Cook the pancetta for 1 minute in a non-stick frying pan without any additional fat.

Pan-fry the sage leaves in the grapeseed oil.
