320 g risotto rice

1 garlic clove

6 leaves basil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

100 g grated parmesan

40 g butter

750 ml water

1 spring onion

1 shallot

150 g cherry tomatoes

5 leaves rocket

1 chicken stock cube

Tips

You can choose an Arborio or Carnaroli rice, for example.

Peel and cut the garlic, onion and shallot into quarters. Place them in the metal bowl and run the program.
