200 g of dark chocolate

130 g of butter

3 eggs

200 g of brown sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar (10 g)

80 g of sifted plain flour

1 pinch of salt

100 g of pecan nuts

100 g of dark chocolate

25 g of milk

25 g of agave syrup

50 g of pecan nuts

50 g of milk chocolate

50 g of mini marshmallows

Preheat your oven to 170 °C on fan setting. In the metal bowl, chop the dried fruits of your choice (here pecan) by running the program.

Reserve. Place the dark chocolate cut into pieces in the metal bowl with the butter cut into large cubes and melt them by running the program.

If needed, scrape the mixture off the sides. Add the ingredients and restart the program.

Pour your brownie batter into a square mold. Bake for 30 minutes and wait for it to cool down before unmolding and pouring the icing on top.

Place the chopped chocolate, milk, and agave syrup in the metal bowl. Run the program.

Pour the icing on the cooled brownie and spread it evenly with an angled spatula over its entire surface, including the sides, in order to place the topping on it.

Sprinkle the brownie with mini marshmallows, pecan nuts and milk chocolate squares.
