130 g of butter

3 eggs

200 g of brown sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

80 g of flour

1 pinch of salt

100 g of pecan nut

100 g of dark chocolate

25 g of milk

25 g of agave syrup

50 g of pecan nut

50 g of milk chocolate

50 g of marshmallows

Preheat your oven to 170°C in convection. In the metal bowl, chop the dried fruit of your choice (here pecan) by run the program.

Place the dark chocolate cut into pieces in the metal bowl with the butter cut into large cubes and melt them by starting the program.

If necessary, fold the mixture over the sides. Add the ingredients and restart the program.

Pour your brownie batter into a square pan. Bake for 30 minutes and wait for it to cool down to unmold it and pour the glaze over it.

Place the chopped chocolate, milk and agave syrup in the metal bowl. Run the program.
