150 g of Greek yoghurt

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

2 cooked beetroots

1 black radish

100 g agave syrup

1 tbsp olive oil

Cook the beetroots and radish.

Roughly chop the beetroots and radish into pieces.

Slowly add the beetroot and radish pieces, in small quantities, in the Extra Press xl of your food processor or juice expert.

Pour the puree obtained into a blender, add all the other ingredients and start the SMOOTHIE programme.
