Addes too many vegetables so kept temp at 160. good flavour but served with a dollop of oyster sauce and fresh coriander. Yummy will make again with chicken.

I used pork fillet and didn’t marinate it and it was still delicious. I threw the marinade in at the start. Its a new favourite.

Love this recipe. Used hoisin sauce instead of oyster sauce and half of the vinegar. Use vegetables I had in fridge and it came out well; still a bit firm, but we like it that way. Might thicken the sauce a tiny bit next time.

Wasn’t bad but lots of juice in the base of the bowl so not really stir fried. It may have been operator error 😂😂 can’t say I’d use this recipe again.
