1 ciabatta bread

1 clove of garlic

0.5 tsp ground pepper mix

1 bunch basil

0.5 tsp salt

3 tbsp olive oil

1 kg tomatoes

25 g shallot

Tips

You can mix the bruschetta with diced mozzarella or parmesan shavings. You can add flavour to your ciabatta by rubbing them with half a clove of garlic and drizzling over a little olive oil.
