250 ml milk

2 eggs

120 g lardon

1.5 L water

2 carrot

1 stalk celery

2 onions

2 cloves

2 tbsp chives

Tips

You can replace the lardons/bacon with onions. The meatballs are also great as an accompaniment to goulash or other dishes.

Roughly chop the vegetables. Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1 pinch salt

Pour the broth through a sieve to separate it from the vegetables.

Finely slice the lardons/bacon. Put the ingredients into the metal bowl and run the program.

Add the mixture from the metal bowl, the egg yolks and the breadcrumbs. Gently mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

Clean the metal bowl and pour in 2L of lightly salted water. Bring to a boil by running the program.
