
Bacon meatball soup




5 bread
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
20 g butter
250 ml milk
2 eggs
120 g lardon
1.5 L water
2 carrot
1 stalk celery
2 onions
2 cloves
1 leaf bay leaf
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
2 tbsp chives

You can replace the lardons/bacon with onions. The meatballs are also great as an accompaniment to goulash or other dishes.
