
Autumn salad with cider vinaigrette

60 g of dried raisins
2 red apples
100 g shelled walnuts
300 g red cabbage
3 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tbsp lemon juice
100 ml olive or rapeseed oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
