300 g asparagus

750 ml chicken or vegetable stock

0.5 lemon juice

2 tbsp of crème fraîche

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

Start by adding the garlic, shallot and leek to the metal bowl. Run EXPERT 00:15/speed 13/0°C.

Scape down the sides of the bowl and add the olive oil. Run STIR-FRY 07:00/AUTO/140°C.

Now add the raw asparagus, stock and lemon juice to the metal bowl. Run CREAMED SOUP.
