650 g fresh salmon

Tips

You can serve the tartare with mango slices and wasabi mayonnaise (find the recipe on the App). You can replace Thai basil with coriander.

Fit the food processing bowl with the metal blade.

Wash the herbs, strip the leaves and roughly chop them. Quarter the onions. Remove the seeds from the chilli. Juice the lemon / lime.

Add the onions into the food processing bowl and run the program for a few seconds.

Add the salmon (cut into pieces), the chopped herbs and the other ingredients. Pulse 4 times.
