RECIPE STEPS

Mix the oats and nuts together and put them under the grill for a few minutes to brown.
Watch them very carefully to stop them burning and frequently turn them to brown on all sides.
- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts

Peel and core the apples, then cut or grate them into thin slices.

Mix together the fromage frais and the cream, then add the rest of the ingredients. Taste the mixture to check if it is sweet enough for your liking.
