1 slice sandwich bread

2 cloves of garlic

1 pinch pepper

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp milk

200 g anchovies in olive oil

Soak the bread in the milk, press to remove the excess moisture and place in the bowl.
