1 tail monkfish

25 ml olive oil

150 g onion

2 cloves of garlic

300 ml fish stock

40 ml of french brandy, Cognac

75 ml white wine

150 g tomato sauce

1 Cayenne pepper

1 handful parsley

8 prawns

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp water

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Place the cut onion and garlic into the metal bowl and run the program.
