3 eggs

1 pinch of salt

100 g of butter

200 g of dark chocolate

75 g of sugar

50 g of plain flour

1 tbsp of crème fraîche

0.5 tsp of baking powder

Preheat your oven to 190 °C.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Pour the whites and the salt into the metal bowl then run the program.

Set aside. Melt the butter with the chocolate: put them in the metal bowl then run the program.

  • 200 g of dark chocolate

When everything is melted, add the egg yolks and the other ingredients into the metal bowl. Run the program again.
