RECIPE STEPS

In the Mini Bowl of the Food pro, mix the bunch of coriander in AUTO mode, then set aside.

In the Midi bowl, equipped with the 4 mm grating disc, grate the carrots, potatoes, and the leek.
Place them to drain in coarse salt for about 30 minutes, using a large colander.

- 2 carrots
- 1 leek

In the Large Bowl equipped with the main blade, mix the shallots in AUTO mode for a few seconds.
Add the drained vegetables, flour and egg. Season with salt and pepper, then mix in AUTO mode for a few seconds.
- 2 tbsp of plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

Add the freshly chopped coriander and restart the blending in AUTO mode for a few seconds.

In a hot pan, pour a drizzle of vegetable oil.
Place 1 tbsp of the mixture, and lightly press to form the patties.
Cook to a thickness of 1 cm for about 1 minute.
Flip the patty and extend the cooking time.
