Peel the sweet potato and rinse the quinoa several times.
Cut the sweet potato into medium-sized pieces.
- 100 g of sweet potatoes
- 140 g of quinoa

In the metal bowl, pour 260 ml of water and the quinoa, then stir so that the grains are well submerged in the water.

Install the steam basket.
Place the sweet potato pieces in it then run the program.

Once the cooking is finished, pour the sweet potato into a bowl and roughly mash it with a fork.
Then add the quinoa and mix everything together with the fork.

Add 2 to 3 generous handfuls of chopped parsley, crushed garlic, turmeric, and the juice of one lime.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Add the flour and work the dough with a fork while mixing.

Pour some flour on the work surface and shape a dozen patties.

Fry the patties in a pan over medium/high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Once cooked, serve them on plates next to a salad and add a few wedges of lime.
