
Vegetable crumble




1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
60 ml olive oil
300 g of zucchini
300 g of aubergine
150 g of red pepper
150 g of yellow pepper
60 g grated parmesan
60 g cold butter
60 g plain flour
1 sprig oregano

Really tasty Parmesan crust !
at step 7 do I bake veges in Magimix food expert or In my convention oven ?

I wasn't sure the crumble was quite right as stuck together a bit and hard to scatter but tasted amazing! Definitely will be a regular dish for us. Could substitute plenty of other veg I”m sure. Yum!

Very tasty. I used brown rice flour and chopped walnuts with butter for our crumble - worked well. We will definitely make this one again!
I used heaps of veggies lying in the fridge. I roasted them first then made the topping. the topping was deliciously cheesy and crunchy. yum
I used the dicing kit and diced aubergine, zucchini, garlic onions. My butter crumble was breadcrumbs, butter, parmesan and fresh thyme. Mixed the butter crumble with all of the vegetables after 30 mns, finished on grill for 15 mns. yum !
