Peel the turnips and potatoes. Top and tail the courgettes.

Fit the midi bowl with the 2mm slicing disc and slice the vegetables separately.
- 4 potatoes
- 2 courgettes
- 4 turnips

Heat the oil in your deep frier. When it is hot, add the the sliced vegetables.

Drain them on kitchen paper before transferring to a serving dish. Season with salt and pepper.
