250 g multicouloured cherry tomatoes
2 spring onions
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 purple turnips
1 red pepper
1 pinch of sea salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Put the tomatoes, spring onions, olive oil and seasoning into a bowl; toss to combine.
- 250 g multicouloured cherry tomatoes
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Cut the turnips in half lengthwise and spiralize using the FUSILLI cone. Cut into shorter lengths.

Finely slice the red pepper using a knife or the 2mm slicing disc.
