2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
2 medium carrots
1 kg tomato, roughly chopped
250 ml water
2 tbsp castor sugar
2 vegetable stock cubes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch white pepper
15 basil leaves
1 pinch cayenne pepper
125 ml thickened cream

made this and really enjoyed it, i did add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, i like the 2 units of weight it is really useful when you buy chopped veg
we made this soup from the recipe however I think there is a mistake in it using 2 grams of white pepper + salt made it un eatable in the bin it went using the first recipe it was perfect
