
Tomato and asparagus quiche




2 tsp English mustard
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
200 ml milk
150 g cherry tomatoes
250 g green asparagus
4 eggs
1 shortcrust pastry
200 ml double cream

To make a homemade shortcrust pastry, find the recipe on the App. For a spinach, blue cheese and walnut quiche; replace the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with 400g fresh washed spinach, run STEAM, 10 minutes. Arrange in the blind-baked pastry case with the quiche mixture (omit the mustard); scatter 100g crumbled blue cheese and 40g chopped walnuts over the surface before baking
