Peel and slice the onions.
Cut the tenderloins into large cubes.

- 2 pork tenderloin fillets

Preheat the cocotte on high heat on a stove with a drizzle of olive oil, without the lid.
As soon as the cocotte is hot, place the pieces of tenderloin in it and let them brown for about 10 minutes.
Use a non-metallic utensil to turn the pieces. Clear and set aside.

Remove the cocotte from the stove and place it on its pre-installed stand on the Cook Expert.
Put the sliced onions in it and, without a lid, run the program.
