Hull and chop the strawberries into small pieces.

Place the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice into the Cook Expert bowl.

Select the EXPERT 105°C/2A/30:00.

While the jam is cooking, sterilise your jars and lids by boiling them in water for 10 minutes. Remove them with tongs and let them dry on a clean towel.

Once the jam is ready, skim the top of the froth, to ensure a crystal clear finish to your jam.

Carefully pour it into the sterilised jars, leaving a small gap at the top.

Tip: To check if the jam is ready, place a small spoonful on a chilled plate. Let it cool for a minute and then push it with your finger. If it wrinkles and holds its shape, it's done. If not, cook for a few more minutes.
