Hadn't any strawberry's, so replaced with leftover blueberries and raspberries to recipe volume - turned out lovely flavour, texture and colour .

great strawberry ice cream. if you want not so creamy use single cream works just as well

I used 300ml full cream and 50g equal sweetener. Came out lovely

this is a really refreshing flavour for a hot summer
excellent recipe , although I substituted fresh leftover raspberry's and fresh blueberry's as all I had in fridge at the time . lovely. colour and texture .
