In the transparent bowl of the Mini Plus equipped with the large metal knife, place the young spinach shoots.
Blend in AUTO mode until the spinach is finely chopped.
Fold in with the spatula if necessary then restart.

Add the flour and eggs and add the BlenderMix accessory.
Lock the robot and start the mixing in AUTO mode.
Through the chute, gradually add the water.
Fold if necessary. Set aside the dough in a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 50 g of plain flour
- 2 eggs
- 25 ml of water

In a hot crepe pan, cook the wraps for 30 seconds on each side then set them aside.

On each wrap, place a portion of cream cheese, a slice of trout, a few chopped chives and dill, some salt and pepper, and a few pink peppercorns crushed between your fingers.
Roll the wrap and then cut it into 2 portions before enjoying.
