1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil

3 sticks celery, diced
800 g can crushed tomatoes
2 beef stock cubes
250 ml red wine
375 ml water
3 leaves bay leaves
500 g pappardelle pasta
50 g Freshly grated parmesan
