RECIPE STEPS

Pour all the ingredients into the bowl fitted with the metal blade and the BlenderMix.
Switch the machine on and run for about 30 seconds.
- 230 g plain flour
- 1 sachet baking powder (11 g)
- 1 pinch salt
- 60 g butter
- 300 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 35 g brown sugar

Rest the batter for one hour at room temperature.

After the resting time has finished, add a little water (depending on if your batter is too thick) while mixing so that the batter is fluid.

Spread a good spoonful of pancake batter onto a lightly oiled frying pan. Cook the pancake for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Repeat until all the batter is used up.

Keep warm and enjoy with sugar, maple syrup, jam or spread.

Weight or spoon measure would be more appropriate for Baking Powder. "sachet" does not give enough information if you can't buy baking powder in sachets. I estimated a teaspoon and the pancakes did not rise as much as pictured. They tasted lovely however and were easy to make. I will try again with more baking powder.
