RECIPE STEPS

Rinse and trim the snap peas. Wash the zucchinis, remove the ends.
Separate the broccoli into small florets, wash them.

Pour 1 L of water into the steamer's reservoir.
Place the zucchini and broccoli in the steam basket, put the lid on, cook for 25 minutes.

Place the green beans and snap peas in the other steamer basket and cook for 15 minutes before the end of cooking. Let them drain.

Prepare the sauce: squeeze the juice of the lemon, add the salt, pour in the oil then give a few turns of the pepper mill.
- 1 yellow lemon
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 ml of olive oil
- 1 pinch of pepper

Distribute the vegetables in the serving dish.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise, in a fan shape.
Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with chervil.

Serve immediately after cooking to preserve the flavor and green color of the vegetables.
