Fish Colombo




500 g salmon fillets, cubed
500 g cooked rice to serve
2 garlic cloves, germs removed
2 onions, quartered
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp curry poweder or garam masala
300 ml coconut milk
200 g mangetout or snow peas
1 shallots, sliced finely
1 chilli (optional)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Serve the salmon over steamed rice and sprinkle with sliced shallot.
