60 g of shelled pistachios
60 g of flaked almonds
200 g of dates
200 g of dried apricots
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt
100 g of sesame seeds
100 g of poppy seeds
100 g of grated coconut

To mix it up you can replace the dried apricots with dried cranberries. Energy balls freeze easily. Thaw a few minutes before consuming.
