Wash the cranberries and leave them to soak in hot tea for 1 hour.

Wash the pear. Process the cranberries using the Extra Press and continue with the pear.

Halve the oranges and juice using the grey cone (for large citrus fruits) with the Citrus Press. Or, if you prefer, peel and halve the oranges then pass them through the Juice filter.
