Make powdered sugar: put the sugar in the metal bowl and run the program.

Preheat your oven to 120 °C and place a sheet of parchment paper on the oven tray. With a spoon or a piping bag, form small trees. Decorate with colored beads.

Bake for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 100°C and let it cook for another 50 minutes.

Let it cool in the turned off oven (without opening it) and store in an airtight container.

I doubled the quantity of the ingredients, so i run the program for the marique for 40 minutes and 3 minutes with colour , then i followed the rest of the guidelines. perfect maringues any shape you want! i did letters because was my son's birthday for his cake and some flowers!!!!
