60 g brown sugar
60 g sugar
0.5 tsp salt
125 g butter
2 eggs
250 g plain flour
1 sachet baking powder (11 g)
100 g chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Add the brown sugar, salt, sugar, diced butter and eggs into the bowl fitted with the dough hook.
Run for 30 seconds.
- 60 g brown sugar
- 60 g sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 125 g butter
- 2 eggs

Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
Run fo 20 seconds
- 250 g plain flour
- 1 sachet baking powder (11 g)
- 100 g chocolate chips

Using a tablespoon, place small piles of the cookie dough onto baking paper. Make sure to leave enough room between each cookie.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Allow to cool.

These are not cookies. They come out like scones - far too much baking powder. 11g was suggested when someone queried no weight being given. ironically the scone recipe is also dreadful with not enough baking powder. the cookies come out like scones & the scones come out like flat biscuits/cookies.

please provide the weight required for the baking powder. please understand that countries outside France sell by weight and not in a standard packet or sachet. a lot of your recipes are not very good because you don’t provide weights, this happens with yeast too.
