Preheat the oven 180 degrees.

Into the mini bowl throw in 250g cream cheese, 2 table spoons of butter, 1/4 scup sugar, 1 table spoon cornflour, 1 egg, 2 table spoons of milk and a 1/2 of tea spoon vanilla extract.

Put on the lid and turn on your Food Processor for 10 seconds. Open up the lid to spread the sides of the cream. Close it and run the machine for 10 seconds more.
Make sure that the butter is mixed through well, run the machine longer if required.

Once done, take out the small bowl and put it aside. It's time to get to the cake preparation!

Put in the large bowl the self-raising flour, 1 3/4 cups of sugar, 1 tea spoon baking soda, 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder, 130g of softened butter, 1 cup of water, 1 tea spoon vanilla extract, 3 eggs.

Put on the lid and run the machine for 10 seconds. Stop the machine and open up the lid to spread the sides of the cake substance. Put back the lid and run the machine for 5-10 seconds.

Take out the grease 23 cm tin and line base. Put in half of the chocolate cake mixture and spread around the tin.

Over the cake mixture, pour cream cheese from the mini bowl.

Pour the rest of chocolate on top and spread out evenly.

Put your cake in the preheated oven 180 degrees for about 40 to 50 min or until skewer comes
out clean.
Leave in tin for 10 minutes then turn out carefully and let it cool very well on cake rack so that the cake sets well.
