Peel and stone the mango. Roughly chop it into pieces.
Peel the pineapple and cut it into 6 large pieces.
Peel the ginger.

Process the fruit using the Extra Press, along with the small piece of ginger.

Pour into a jug and add a dash of lime juice.
Add the soy milk to the juice.
